Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon, who was suspended for the whole 2015 season, neglected an added drug test in March, FOX Sports’ Mike Garafolo reports.
Gordon’s sample tested positive for trace quantities of cannabis, but it absolutely was the existence of dilute that activated the evaluation that is positive, Garafolo reports.
It is unclear how an ultimate reinstatement selection might change by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
At the NFL Sashi Brown said the team was saving a roll space for Gordon.
“Josh, we understand, is working out and, on the path to return and be reinstated, he’s by all indications. It’s a procedure the team isn’t involved with. We’ll leave that, and I WOn’t remark on that, but Josh is an extremely gifted young man.”
Gordon led the NFL but has receiving yards in 2013 with 1,646 played in only five matches since then. On Monday, ESPN reported he was residing with former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel.
